Taste the delicious milk from our happy cows and natural yoghurt prepared from it. Enjoy your boiled egg, which our clucking chickens have freshly laid. Taste the different types of jam and – depending on the season – the aromatic plums and nuts that have ripened on the trees around the farm Formsunhof in the South Tyrolean sun. There is also South Tyrolean bacon (“Speck”) and cheese as well as freshly baked goods. Authentic products from our region are appreciated everywhere – here you may even watch them grow and thrive. Once you have enjoyed genuine “farm fresh” milk, you will look wistfully at the milk cartons in the supermarket. At the farm Formsunhof you may enjoy fresh milk straight from the barn every morning! Furthermore, freshly laid egg quail eggs and crispy, home-baked bread fill the breakfast table – simply delicious! In our herb garden you can pick fresh and fragrant aromatic herbs, which, together with our herb salt, refine every dish. Nuts, fresh apple juice, lemon balm and elderberry juice round off our farm’s pantry at the Formsunhof.

We prepare our rich breakfast buffet for you in our winter garden. In the light-filled room you may not only eat and relax excellently – you also have a fantastic view of Mount Sciliar (2,563 m), the landmark of our region, and one of the most famous mountains in South Tyrol, brightened by the morning sun. Who knows, maybe you too will be drawn to a day trip to the Sciliar area after a rich breakfast? But before that, you should enjoy the delicacies of our farm and gather fresh energy for the new vacation day!
